Walter Gomez is the Founder and CEO of Alpha Hub. He has spent close to two decades in private capital, starting his career in private equity in the early 2000s, where he saw firsthand how slow and inefficient the capital raising process was.
That observation led him to found Sullivan Pratt Development Group in 2007, a luxury residential real estate developer on Costa Rica's Pacific coast. He launched on the edge of the 2008 financial crisis, navigated the downturn by returning investor capital and waiting out the market, and came back to deliver a successful development in 2011 before exiting the company.
Raising capital for those projects taught him the same lesson repeatedly: there was no single place to find the right investors, manage a pipeline, and move a deal from first conversation to close. He was buying investor lists, tracking commitments in spreadsheets, and chasing introductions one call at a time. In 2023 he founded Konzortia Capital to build that missing infrastructure, and in 2025 he launched Alpha Hub, an end to end marketplace for private capital transactions.
