Walter has been building and leading Alpha Hub since its founding in 2025, driven by a vision to transform how private capital markets operate. As CEO of Sullivan Pratt Development Group in Costa Rica for 14 years, he assembled multi-million dollar luxury real estate transactions and developed a deep understanding of how capital moves — and where it gets stuck. Walter brings that firsthand experience to Alpha Hub, combining entrepreneurial conviction with a genuine mission to modernize the infrastructure of private markets. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Fidelitas.

Trevor Purvis

COO & CIO

Trevor leads Alpha Hub's operational and technology strategy, translating the company's vision into scalable execution. He is responsible for the product delivery framework, MVP buildout, and the alignment of engineering, data, and business teams across the platform. Prior to Alpha Hub, Trevor held VP and C-suite technology roles at Upwork, American Express, and McKesson, where he led large-scale AI and engineering transformations. He oversees cross-functional operations spanning finance, legal, HR, and product, and works closely with the founding team to build the organizational infrastructure needed for the next phase of growth.

Donnie Gomez

CFO & Co-Founder

Donnie brings deep financial and operational expertise to Alpha Hub, with a career built across banking, corporate governance, and international taxation throughout Latin America. He spent seven years at Ernst & Young, where he developed specialized knowledge in financial risk management, business restructuring, and regulatory compliance. A longtime member of Walter's leadership team at Sullivan Pratt Development Group, Donnie understands the company's DNA from the ground up. He holds a degree in finance from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.

Irina Jameson

VP of Market Intelligence, Capital Raising, and Business Development

Irina leads market intelligence at Alpha Hub, driving the research, competitive analysis, and strategic insights that shape platform strategy and investor positioning. Her work at the Gottesman Company supported $115 million in closed transactions and contributed to a 193% increase in buy-side deal inquiries. With a background in computer science, business administration, and M&A research, Irina brings a valuable perspective on both the data infrastructure and deal dynamics that influence private capital markets.

Mohammad Jarrah

Regional Managing Partner, MENA

Mohammad leads Alpha Hub's operations and strategic growth across key MENA markets, overseeing regional teams, managing high-value client relationships, and driving platform expansion aligned with global objectives. With over 18 years of experience as a CFO and consultant, he has built and scaled financial and operational functions across startups and established firms throughout the region. His expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, reporting, and M&A — making him a critical bridge between Alpha Hub and the capital allocators and dealmakers across the Middle East and North Africa.

Danielle Dickenson

Executive Business Partner

Danielle helps build the organizational infrastructure behind Alpha Hub, translating strategy into scalable systems, processes, and execution frameworks. With more than 15 years of experience across startups, manufacturing, executive operations, and business consulting, she has led initiatives ranging from operational modernization and cost optimization to workflow transformation and organizational growth. As the founder of an administrative consultancy and an advocate for AI-enabled business operations, Danielle brings a practical, people-first approach to efficiency. Her work ensures Alpha Hub can scale effectively while maintaining the operational rigor required to transform private capital markets.

Farid Sheikh

Head of Product

Farid leads product strategy and roadmap execution across the Alpha Hub platform, bringing nearly two decades of experience across investment management, trading, and financial technology. His career spans serving as Vice President and Head Trader at Harrison Street Securities, along with senior product leadership roles at Charles Schwab, Allvue Systems, and Inspira Financial. He previously built a two-sided alternative investment marketplace and managed a SaaS core trading platform, experience that directly supports the infrastructure Alpha Hub is building. Farid holds an M.S. in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Charlie Buckley

Lead Engineer

Charlie leads the development and maintenance of Alpha Hub's core technology infrastructure, building the full-stack applications and intelligent systems that power the platform's AI-driven matching and data capabilities. He specializes in JavaScript, React, Python, and machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, bringing the technical depth required to support the complexity of private capital markets. Charlie previously co-founded a technology startup that helped power MrBeast's Beast Games on Amazon.

Hunter Martin

Marketing Manager

Hunter leads marketing at Alpha Hub, driving content strategy, organic visibility, email marketing, and investor-facing communications. He brings more than a decade of experience across financial services and digital marketing, including work at FIS implementing fintech infrastructure for regional banks across the United States and Latin America. Hunter holds an M.S. in Finance and Economics, providing a strong foundation for translating complex financial topics into clear, credible content. Having lived in China, Taiwan, and Colombia, he also brings a global perspective to Alpha Hub’s positioning and go-to-market strategy.
