Walter Gomez

CEO & Co-Founder

Walter has been building and leading Alpha Hub since its founding in 2025, driven by a vision to transform how private capital markets operate. As CEO of Sullivan Pratt Development Group in Costa Rica for 14 years, he assembled multi-million dollar luxury real estate transactions and developed a deep understanding of how capital moves — and where it gets stuck. Walter brings that firsthand experience to Alpha Hub, combining entrepreneurial conviction with a genuine mission to modernize the infrastructure of private markets. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Fidelitas.

Donnie Gomez

CFO & Co-Founder

Donnie brings deep financial and operational expertise to Alpha Hub, with a career built across banking, corporate governance, and international taxation throughout Latin America. He spent seven years at Ernst & Young, where he developed specialized knowledge in financial risk management, business restructuring, and regulatory compliance. A longtime member of Walter's leadership team at Sullivan Pratt Development Group, Donnie understands the company's DNA from the ground up. He holds a degree in finance from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.

Trevor Purvis

COO & CIO

Trevor leads Alpha Hub's operational and technology strategy, translating the company's vision into scalable execution. He is responsible for the product delivery framework, MVP buildout, and the alignment of engineering, data, and business teams across the platform. Prior to Alpha Hub, Trevor held VP and C-suite technology roles at Upwork, American Express, and McKesson, where he led large-scale AI and engineering transformations. He oversees cross-functional operations spanning finance, legal, HR, and product, and works closely with the founding team to build the organizational infrastructure needed for the next phase of growth.

Farid Sheikh

Head of Product

Farid leads product strategy and roadmap execution across the Alpha Hub platform, drawing on over 17 years of product leadership in fintech and investment management. He previously built a two-sided alternative investment marketplace at Inspira Financial and managed a SaaS core trading platform at Allvue Systems — experience that maps directly to the infrastructure Alpha Hub is building. Farid holds an M.S. in Finance from the Illinois Institute of Technology.

Khadija Al Saqatri

Head of Capital Formation, MENA

Khadija leads Alpha Hub's expansion across the UAE and broader MENA region, establishing institutional partnerships and aligning the platform with key financial centers including ADGM and DIFC. She brings over a decade of experience in investment strategy, M&A analysis, and cross-border financial initiatives, including roles at BNP Paribas and government advisory bodies. Khadija represents Alpha Hub's commitment to building a truly global private capital marketplace.

Mohammad Jarrah

Regional Managing Partner, MENA

Mohammad leads Alpha Hub's operations and strategic growth across key MENA markets, overseeing regional teams, managing high-value client relationships, and driving platform expansion aligned with global objectives. With over 18 years of experience as a CFO and consultant, he has built and scaled financial and operational functions across startups and established firms throughout the region. His expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, reporting, and M&A — making him a critical bridge between Alpha Hub and the capital allocators and dealmakers across the Middle East and North Africa.

Irina Jameson

VP of Market Intelligence, Capital Raising, and Business Development

Irina leads market intelligence at Alpha Hub, driving the research and competitive analysis that shapes platform strategy and investor positioning. She brings a background in computer science and business administration, combined with hands-on experience at an M&A brokerage firm — giving her a unique perspective on both the data infrastructure and the deal dynamics that inform how private capital markets actually move.

Charlie Buckley

IT Lead

Charlie leads the development and maintenance of Alpha Hub's core technology infrastructure, building the full-stack applications and intelligent systems that power the platform's AI-driven matching and data capabilities. He specializes in JavaScript, React, Python, and machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow — bringing the technical depth required to deliver a platform built for the complexity of private capital markets.
